Together we will come up with a program designed specifically around your needs. I will instruct you on how to keep a food journal which you will bring to your first session for analysis.
2. NEW CLIENT:
LET'S GIVE IT A TRY
During our first 1-hour meeting you and I will review a food journal that you will have completed prior to this meeting. We will discuss your health concerns and needs, and draw up a plan to address these issues. Together we will determine manageable goals that will lead to great improvements in your health.
After your first session you will receive:
- a weekly meal plan
- grocery list
- handouts relevant to your health goals
3. FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS:
THINGS ARE HEATING UP
At our regular 50-minute follow-up sessions we will discuss your progress, and work through any challenges that may be preventing you from achieving your health goals. Over the course of our time together, you will gain knowledge about how to choose the right foods and take great care of your body.
In between sessions, we will check in on a regular basis. I will regularly provide you with new recipes and handouts, and will be available to answer any questions that you want to address.
We will not just solve problems temporarily: with me you'll develop habits that will provide a lifetime of healthy living. Ultimately, you will have all the right tools to feel energized and nourished for your whole life. As a bonus, thanks to this information, you’ll be able to provide your family with nutritious meals, so that they too can enjoy long and healthy lives!

Don't fear commitment when it comes to your health. I encourage clients to come for at least three sessions in order to maximize the benefits of my services. I offer regular email and text message feedback in between our meetings.
One-Night Stand: Single session $140
First Date Package: Three sessions $360
